Adjudicator is the embodiment of the Cosmic Tribunal,
these cats (as a sum) are up there, near LT status.
In fact, just one member of their race can defeat Galactus:

The Cosmic Tribunal can be crushed by a special race called the "Decimators"
(mindless creatures that act on instinct)

so Galactus & company saved the Cosmic Tribunal from the Decimators:
