The Brotherhood of Dada! Sworn enemies of that wacky group of adventurers, the Doom Patrol, the Brotherhood of Dada are best known for swallowing Paris with a painting and attempting to win the Presidency of the United States by touring the country with a bus powered by the hallucination inducing bicycle of Albert Hoffman, inventor of LSD, and all around crazy cat. The Brotherhood for this matchup consists of:

Mr. Nobody: The Notional Man! The Man of the 21st century, who you can only see out of the corner of your eye! Leader of the Brotherhood of Dada, he's armed with the ability to sap the sanity of others!
Agent ! who comes as no surprise.
The Love Glove: English Hipster who can manifest gloves from his dream glove tree, each with a horrifying super power all of its own!
The Quiz: a Japanese supervillain, terrified of dirt, and gifted with, literally, every single super power you haven't thought of.
Number None: "everybody and everything, at some time or another, is Number None"- Mr. Nobody. Number None is every aggravating thing that ever happened to you, but you can't blame on a person you know. He's the guy who makes you late for the bus, the person who opened the cabinent that you slame your head on. He's the chair that breaks when you're trying to make a good impression on your girlfriend's parents..
The Fog: Capable of absorbing his foes, each enemy he absorbs drives him more and more insane!
Frenzy: Illiterate homeless man, after the effects of the Gene Bomb, he found himself capable of transforming into a living cyclone!

nah, I will not provide a bio-link for the Brotherhood of Dada. If you haven't read Grant Morrison's Doom Patrol (in my opinion it's tied for second best of Morrison's DC ongoing series, with Animal Man) then you clearly don't love comic books enough.
