yeah, your gauntlet is upside down.
WW, Flash, FS, SG & Superman are easily dispatched with, while Batman ...

.

I dunno, he's got a shot against Batman, he does have Cosmic Awareness (to a limited extent) and is a decent intellect, on the rare occasions when he remembers to think... whatever Batman attempts, there'll always be some power/trick in Surfer's huge repertoire which Batman does not know about nor planned a contingency for.

if he beats Batman, he clears the gauntlet yes
