 X-Man vs Onslaught

Onslaught was suppose to be Xavier and Magnetos powers unchecked.
X-Man was suppose to be a mutant of limitless psy potential, apparently Nathan Grey was the only fully Functioning Nate in all of the realties.

So who would win this encounter?


Rules
This is Onslaught with out Franklin Richards or Nate Grey of course.
This is Shaman X-Man.
