Um... this is a very weird team and fight here. Team 1 is very random and none of them make for a very compelling fight against Deathlok, but here goes.
Thing hits him- hard. Down goes 'Lok.
Before he can recover and get up, Spidey webs- triple layers.
Batman pulls an electronics jamming device out of his belt and slaps it on 'Lok, putting him out for the count. Total elapsed time: nineteen seconds.
