Idk much about slade but I heard he can stalemate batman in a fight, good enuf to just pair them up. Deadpool and cap is different. Both got their own strength but I think with Deadpool's ability and weapon/gadget he will bring to the table should kill Captain. After that Team 2 ends batman.
