their respective companies (m & dc) get killed if they lose

team marvel---vs---team dc

--------------magicians/sorcerers(and umar the faltine)---------

doctor strange vs dr fate
baron mordo vs felix faust
umar vs zatanna
------------------------------entities------------------------------
(HW) the vishanti vs (HW) nabu
(HW) dormammu w/ flames of regency vs (HW) mordru
(SHW) shuma-gorath vs (SHW) trigon



this is a process of elimination, when a match is over the winner faces the winner of the next match(except for the HV and SHW, they are seperate)

also, the winner of a match gets the all the magical items of whoever they defeat for keeps.
