Energy Manipulation--can command all manner of kinetic energy
Blast Power--can convert matter into energy at a sub-molecular level so it vaporizes or explodes. He does not need to make physical contact to do so, nor does he have a block to prevent him from using this on a living being.
He can cause another being to be unable to move or unable to stop if in motion. He was able to cause or simulate various energies by manipulating the kinetic energy present, such as infrared and microwaves by increasing molecular agitation, or cold by reducing it.
Time Travel--can propel himself by a wave-like aura and can transplant matter through time and space
Super Strength/Reflexes--can biokinetically augment his strength, speed, endurance and reflexes

Problem is that the Flash (regular Wally) did the same thing ....only instead of doing that to a being he 'merely' did that to the entire planet, making the Earth stop.
And talking about full potential .....a FP Flash is a deus ex machina character (he is actually a DEM even as regular Flash, but at full potential ....e.g. KC Flash who was so fast he was in all places, and several dimensions, at the same time). It is like Classic Strange (another Deus ex Machina, only a good deal higher, who could basically save the day in rather 'interesting' ways)
It would be a good match, but the people writing off the Flash because New Son can control kinetic energy and cause molecular disruption (hmmmm .....all Flashes can do that, but they have to pass through it ....I wonder what a full potential Flash, e.g. the omni-dimensional omni-present KC Flash, could do ....). New Son is a beast, and he can devastate more people than most human minds can contemplate.
But a FP Flash is no joke, considering that normal Wally going all out is a Deus ex Machina character already.
What would be nice would be a Feat thread (Respect thread) of New Son, and one of KC Flash (although even normal Flash should suffice ....but more people need to see just what KC Flash was about)
spetznaz, the only character with a (full potential) next to it is gambit.
darknite said it's gambit before the lobotomy, he most likely loses
but someone else pointed out that at (full potential) gambit is new son.
so again, flash is not at full potential unless darknite says otherwise,
and he should because well, new son is cheap as hell, he can become intangible,(if he isn't already) then make you explode among other things.
