PUNISHER vs CABLE (90's cable)

while searching for the supposed xavier assassin "cable", x-factor's government liaison Valerie Cooper decides to fight fire with fire and makes a secret deal with frank castle to find and bring in "cable", in any way possible.

tech which includes cable's NY arms stockpile and frank's NY safe house's heavy duty stash are allowed.

fight takes place in NY, so they both have access to their guns and vehicles.
