how far does the champion get?
fresh power levels at the start of each fight

first appearance champ was uber, that was him depicted by a sober writing and art staff.

that, the REAL champion gets to 7-9 not because he loses but for the fact that at those levels hulk is pretty much resistant to all harm.
hulk at those levels can get reduced to mush and be back in maybe an hour, champion will wait.

champion devoted all his energies towards his physique so he won't be unleashing any crazy energy attacks, just hyper powerful and precise fighting moves. (barring that teleport move, which is bfr)

IMO, Uatu>Elders

Champion losing to She Hulk was bad

Recently, he made Juggy cry uncle, then Hulk used some Kung Fu to defeat the Elder

she hulk vs. champion was stupid as sh**
and she had a year of prep

and yea now that i think about it,
uatu has stalemated galactus and glactus has beat the elders asses
thus red hulk would beat champion

champion is officially a gag character, he should be lumped in with squirrel girl now. their stories, feats, and apparently also their opponents are insipid and juvinile.

i'm still convinced he is theoretically the best fighter in comics even though the writers depict him being lesser than the sum of his parts, i mean how can he lose? but he is a gag character.
