iirc, tangent flash didn't do much. she manipulated laser beams on occasion, created light-constructs to subdue a few crooks, changed her form by manipulating/bending light, and could obviously travel at c.
though most of her feats were preformed against mediocre villains, i still think she takes this.
Correct. Which is why I set this up as a battle. Had I used Tangent Wonder Woman... It would have been a stomp.
