Probably not.

Tarene, Thor and all of Asgard's allies weren't even able to dent Surtur. Tarene was Odin's equal at the time and the energy she expended permanently took her down to Thor's level. Which is basically how she became Thor Girl.

Odin sacrificed his life and that wasn't even a permanent solution.

So tell me, when 2 skyfather level characters fail at killing him, how do you reckon Thanos is going to do it 10/10?
