IMO, generally when you have a high end Psychic vs. high end Magician. Magicians generally have the advantage due to the nature of its power.
Reality warpers, can re-write fundamentals laws.
Magic to an extant, can do the same but generally just defies the laws of cause and effect.
While Psychics, need to follow more stricter guide lines. Especially those that manipulate matter and energy.
I say the wild card, that aids Nate Grey and ultimately helps his chances are his Psionic abilities. He was performing some psinoics in ways that ware thought to be impossible. It goes beyond just using Telepathy/Telekinesis.
Generally a serious Shaman Nate Grey (not a blood lusted). Would attempt a telepathic mind swipe or telekinetically shut down some sectors in the brain. If Talsiman survives, I am not sure if Nate’s TK/Psionic shields could protect him from her spells.
That’s really the toss up for me, I don’t know how Psionics stack up against magic vary well.
If he survives he would most likely attempt to obliterate her, by flexing his city destroying blasts or atomize her.
Well Talisman has magic based telepathy so im not sure if it would be easy mind wiping her but alas i am no Talisman expert wait for Km to give us some telepathy feats from her.
Generally telepathy working on magicians have a hit and miss record. Case and point would be to look at the Doctor from “The Authority”, Bendix telepathy worked on the Doctor. But I remember Doctor cutting of a telepathic link to another Psionic. Yet in another encounter, Doctor had trouble getting through his magic thanks to a psionic shield. Using that as an example, I am questioning how magic stacks up to psionic’s.
Yeah i understand what you mean I am looking at the Dreamqueen fights right now she is suppose to be a top notch mind manipulator so i will put my two cents in later.

Ok i found the scan where she blocked the Dreamqueen from manipulating the minds of her Alpha Flight team mates. Impressive i guess she is the daughter of Nightmare but i give Nate Grey the slight edge here.

Just to note Dreamqueen was so strong, she possessed all of Edmonton, Detriot and Chicago, etc. and in a days time her dark dreams would have spread through the entire continent
and Talisman and her father have communicated with telepathy from different galaxies before. Talisman is a very potent telepath
