Movie Daredevil had closer to comic book style strength and agility than Nolan's Batman.

Daredevil wins. Dude was dodging Bullseye's projectiles, evading bullets, and running on fences and walls. Did you miss how high he was jumping off those ledges and his agility. Also he fought Kingpin.

Movie Batman's infinitely cooler, TDK my fav movie ever, but in a fight DD wins.

All the Batman would need to do to beat this clown is mess around with his sense's and whilst having DD stunned/confused, would just need to beat him unconscious.
