Roughouse take this 6.5/10

Mr.Hyde is pretty close in strength and abilities with Roughouse. However it said the range for Roughouse was 70-100 tons. Mr.Hyde was max 70 tons

thats the problems with different writters murdering different charcters.... if you read mister Hyde's original appearances he wasnt that bad villain especially teamed up with cobra.
