Team Energy pwns.
Team All-Stars is going to kil Dr. doom, and Magneto in the first few second via blitz. Team energy is going to convert ultron and metallo into air, or something.
Hulk is bfr'd.
Then you have Cyborg Superman
vs. Silver Surfer, Hal Jordan, and Firestorm
Vs. Thor and Wonder Woman. (Superman is pwned hard by the combined energy manipulation powers of firestorm and surfer.)
The Only way team tech or teal all star has a chance is to work together.
Cyborg Superman is a ***** to beat, but i'd say the surfer and firestorm and hal all have means of absorbing his conciousness. either into the ring, the board, or the red, and with his attention split, he can't win. And then of course there's thor's hammer and wondy's lasso. which can also stop cyborg superman for a cheap plot device win.

Only threats are: Thor, Dr Doom, Ultron and Cyborg Superman.
All the other are dead meat to them, especially Sups and Hulk.
