ok, the illuminati create a device that allows them to access other dimensions and decide to journy to dc earth-2 to appropriate items of power from that universe. tony stark elects himself to gather the items and he expects superman to show up to oppose him so he and a hand picked team get to work.
batman had the foresight to put security devises on said items so that the jla could keep tabs on them without actually keeping them on board the watchtower, thus scaring the world's governments.
a device goes off and batman tells superman whose in the area to check it out.
-starkhas to build a suit to take kal on with 2 MONTHS time. (since reed apparently scares people)
-we'll assume stark with his amazing resources knows about k-nite and his other weaknesses since the illuminati made records of the dc heroes and xavier performed mind scans during the cross-over.
the team is;
-the technoformer madisson jeffries
-the intuitive genius forge
and
-the super all around genius reed richards
to develop a suit/reactor able to go up against the son of odin in a years time.
-since this is tony stark we are talking about, you know he will use every resource to get a win. he has access to anything (except the power gem) to build his suit.
-and the "anti-galactus" tech in of itself is prohibited.
