I think Marvel would dominate him on any level. If we take into consideration both characters cutting loose, and using their powers at full Marvel has the power to not only match Lightray in nearly every way, but his strength, and durability levels seem well above his as well.

Nah. If both characters cut loose, lightray whips that ass. He's got better energy out put, he's created supersuns before. He's faster. far Faster. Not as strong but he's still strong. And his durability is off the charts.
