Batman with GL ring would be awesome but, not sure if the GL ring is good enough to down a Super-Batman.
the fight would take a lot of time, so the reserves of the ring would begin to deplete rapidly. plus, one good shot by Super-Batman and GL Batman is in trouble.
Batman with an GL would be an very versatile opponent who could bring almost anyone down. Anyone with Supermans powers for sure... except maybe the big blue himself... stalemate?
BUT
This opponent is Batman too, same intellect but greater and more efficient powers.

And we all seem to forget that Batman knows Superman's weaknesses, He is also one of the best inventors in the DCU. A GL ring that will grant him the ability to create anything he can think of on the fly as well as uber offense and defense. GL Batman for the Win.

Srsly though, even if that did happen Bats would still be able to use the ring. Only difference is, he'd just have to shit the synthesized Kryptonite on the other Bats ftw.
