No need. That list is perplexingly constructed, and I actually don't know enough about the first 3-4 or so to really have an unbiased opinion. Minion would likely be a safe bet for those ones in normal lists because they start with the least powerful and move upward, but with all the exceptions on that list to that general rule, it's not really a safe assumption. Death's Head, for example, would get murdered by the 3 preceding him on the list.
I don't think he would Digi, Deaths Head 1 was able to take out an Ironman of the far flung future, one that statistically should make our Extremis Ironman look like an unsophisticated toy truck. This is why he got the high ranking.
Super Adaptoid may seem like an uber robot and it would if they wrote more stories about it, but from what been shown it's no Amazo... it belongs right where it is feat wise.
That seems like a reasonable assumption until you actually read the fight and see 2020's feats, which aren't even close to Extremis, nor close to any number of Iron Man armors. Besides, the fight was fairly inconclusive, and DH got the jump on him by surprise after having his head ripped off, since IM thought he was dead.
DH1, as before, would get comfortably beat by Machine Man, Vision, Red Tornado, etc. or anyone in their league. If there was a way to justify otherwise, I'd be all over it. As it is, there isn't.
Anyway, DH1 is reasonably strong/durable, has a variety of regular weapons, and can fly. He's what the Punisher would be if you gave him rocket boots and Class 50 strength and matching durability. Cool, yes. But not Extremis level.
Where's goober? Anyway, kid's a legit low-to-mid herald or so. No Amazo, sure, but that's like saying Apollo isn't Superman, and is therefore mid meta. First part's true, but the second part doesn't follow from it.
