Immune to most forms of injury, Able to absorb and distribute most impacts, reforms after a penetrating attack,
By absorbing sand and water Mud-Thing can increase in size and strength.

Doomsday will have his hands full. This might be too much for him.

Grottu seems like he would be a powerhouse weight 4,200 and lifting according to Marvel database thousands of times his own weight. Plus he has an exoskeleton.
