I assume you're using one from Mutant X?
There is nothing really Colonel America can do to Iceman. Iceman's ice shields are more durable then the moon. Common knowledge.

The show was a flop. Because it wasn't animated.
Also, like Lois and Clark it was too centered on "romance."
