Spider-Man would beat him easily. He's much stronger & faster than Bishop (who is physically just a normal human) and does not have energy-related powers, so there's not really anything Bishop can do.

Bishop is far too slow for Spiderman!
Spiderman could easily get away and trap Bishop before he had a chance to use his energy blasts, or his guns.
