Every single Iron Man armor ever, except Thorbuster armor. The armors are computerized to operate and fight on their own as well as Stark would but aren't made to be clever like him, so they don't try the cunning plans and tactics he would. Thus it's just a straight-out fight.

A weakened, pre-powered up surfer took out the WWH's and the Warbound's obedience disks with but a thought. I'm pretty confident he can do something similar to any and all incarnations of the Iron man armor. Would make for a very short comic though.
If that fails, SS goes through all the armors like a hot knife through butter, blows up the planet the armors are on, etc etc.
SS shows precise subatomic matter/energy manip by cancelling out galactus electro magnetic distortion and shielding the drive techs of millions of ships ( a population of an entire planet) which are in an entirely different location, all in the blink of an eye.
So literally SS could blink and screw with the internal systems of all the armours rendering them useless. Fight over.

What's stopping SS from simple transmuting all armors that come within a certain distance or using a omni-directional EMP?
This threads fate was sealed once Tony was removed from the equation (from the most part) as scores of auto armors are virtually useless in this battle.
Had Tony had full control of each armor, this would have been a curbstomp in Tony's favor...as Iron man has absorbed the power of heralds (including Surfer) on more than one occasion with far older armors that his current.

Tbh there is a lot the Surfer could do that Tony wouldn't be able to absorb. Characters like Stardust, Thor and the other high heralds should be able to output more energy than Tony could absorb.
Perhaps, but seeing as Doom, BP, and a missile have all easily drained SS, it's far from impossible.
Tony's old armor evened them out without being tailor made to fight Surfer and drained him of half his power. Imagine what 30+ armors would do?

Tony absorbing surfer is a low feat that happened from surfers earth days when he was written markedly weaker. Since then he has resisted all his energy being absorbed from a unipowerd krosakis ( who absorbed gladiators powers) and even quasar coudnt absorb all of surfers energy. Tony wont even be coming close.

Actually, Surfer couldn't resist krosakis. He did however do the opposite, he pushed his power into the guy as he didn't expect it thus overloading him and he was expecting SS to resist.
It's like playing tugrope and then just letting go..your opponent is caught by surprise. It was a smart move on Surfers part.
Quasar threw that fight.
Also even if we say that Surfer wasn't at his best on Earth... Tony's armor was ancient compared to what he has now.
30+ armors under full control would be able to handle the job.
Still, SS for the win in this scenario due to auto armor.

Krosakis was unable to contain the totality of SS energy when SS started pouring it on thus overloading him. It had nothing to do with him expecting SS to resist or not. Ss overloaded him with his power output plain and simple
Quasar threw the fight yes but he did admit to himself that he coudnt absorb the totality of SS energies. Thats whats important not the end result of the fight.
SS energy output is capable of casually creating blackholes. 30 armours under tonys control or not wont be capable of doing something that quasar coudnt.

*Sigh* He was absorbing SS just fine, SS did overload him by using smart strategy. Perhaps he was too much, we'll never know since the guy also had more people absorbed.
After the "Black Hole" incident, BP casually absorbed Surfers power. Still going by showings (which is what we try to use) SS has been absorbed partially by Tony.
Older weaker Surfer. Yes
Far weaker Iron man. Yes.
1 armor half SS power. 30+ far more advanced armors is a stomp.
