I remember Spectre having problems against him, and him only being defeated by fighting on multiple fronts or something like that. I'll have to re-read the series to be sure, but I think he'd win against every version of Anti-Monitor besides the peak one from COIE.

There is only one Anti-Monitor, unless you mean, the one who hadn't gotten back to full power in Sinestro Corp. Usually we don't consider characters at partial power however. It's the same guy overall.

The versions I meant were his original version(before absorbing the energy from the AM Universe), the upgraded version(after he absorbed it), and the more recent from SC.
How do you see Post AM Universe winning? Didn't Abraxis take on Spectre and virtually every other hero of note in DC simultaneously? Also, wasn't Spectre more powerful when Abraxis fought him since it was after his boss became the Presence?
Since Armageddon took place post-Spectre v2 and pre-Spectre v3, the Spectre in this story is the depowered version post-his fight with the Anti-Monitor. This 'depowerment' was supposed to be a 'punishment' for failing to defeat the Anti-Monitor, and he went from being Omnipotent to the 'most potent spectre on earth'.
