Everyone still believes the story of Wolvies orgins as they occured right.
Weapon X created him back in a time for Alpha Flight.
Back then Russia was the enemy...thus Logans CIA work.
You have to fig. thusly that he was created to fight Canada's enemies and covert to that age.
I just looked up Russia's group and this guys name is on it...Griffin.
