Carnage/Sabretooth is stronger because he has more muscle mass.. The Carnage's strength combined with his original super strength which I believe is around 10 tons makes him a very strong a powerhouse.

Add superior speed and razor sharp claws and you've got a one lethal foe.

I agree with this statement but this fall for both of them, not just one. I cant find to many people that would be a contendar for either of them IF both had complete control over the symbiote. Wolverine and sabertooth are already some beast but giving them a upgrade like this could possibly put them in the top tier range.

Just my opinion.
