Alright Hulk is forced to stay in place and has massive weight on the back of his shoulders, What would be his limit? Now where the The Hulks real strength is is that if the Hulk doesn't lift this he will either be crushed or trapped under it.

i do not see the reason for this hulk to be angry since he is mindless i mean you need a mind too experience animals experience anger but they have minds
the concept of mindless guy experiencing anger is stupid

Well, he's getting angry because there's this heavy ass weight on his back. And Mindless Hulk isn't Mindless, it's just a way of saying that all of his higher thought processes are gone, and he's base emotions, anger being one of them, and the most predominant one.
hulk pulled several tectonic plates together with his arms. using his whole body to lift 170 trillion tons (which is around the same ballpark as a tectonic plate), i presume he can lift it a lot easier.

Or less dense? Larger planets with similar gravity (which would be noted, would it not?) would be less dense, opening the possibility that the tectonic plates he moved were actually lighter than the ones on earth.
Anyway, how on earth did you come up with a number for the weight of a tectonic plate? I don't even know where one would find that information.
