Who can hang that long??. REALLY A STAMINA TEST. No beyonders or skyfathers please. people like hulk or surfer level or a little above or below would be ok.

Quite honestly, and most (or at the very least some people) will disagree with me on this, but if its outside and under a yellow sun, I don't see why Superman couldn't. I doubt Juggernaut's slugs will hurt him very much, and as for the length of time, the sun will be able to fuel him so that doesn't really matter, either.

Superman, Sentry, Gladiator would all lose going toe to toe fashion.

But If they flew around and used speed they could.

Depends on what your definition of "toe to toe" is. Superman could, potentially, just dodge some of the hits when he's feeling lightheaded or something, and only rarely punch to conserve his energy.

Not so sure, Hulk has a good record of holding and maintaining grudges and anger levels over extended periods of time.
