Namirs strength is at it's peak while submerged in his native waters...
The black suit replicates major being in the native waters... Hence it's major constantly at his peak...
In a brawl scenario I give it to the avenging son. Personally I believe a Martian at it's peak is superman level... They don't have the ability to keep their superstats up at those levels for long.
