Pick a person that could benefit the most for each power

-No one above High herald and no Multiple Man or Flash.

-One person per a power.

Powas are.....

-Midnighters battle PC.

-Omegas Reds spores and death factor.

-Doomsday adaptation power.

-Deadpools healing factor.

-Hulks rage and strength increasing power.

-Crimson Gem of Cyttorak.

-Amazos power copy.

-Absorbing Mans absorbing/duplicate the properties of anything he touches power.

-Hulks rage and strength increasing power. - J Jonah Jameson (only guy angrier than Banner on a day to day basis)

-Amazos power copy. - Jarvis (he has access)

-Absorbing Mans absorbing power. - Spider-Man

Doomsday adaptation power - Wolverine (if DD's adaptation showings in H/P, DD Wars, and the '95 Annual can be used).

Deadpools healing factor - Karate Kid.

Hulks rage and strength increasing power - Orion.

Crimson Gem of Cyttorak - Zoom.

Amazos power copy - Xavier.

Absorbing Mans absorbing/duplicate the properties of anything he touches power - Wonder Woman.

He's already invulnerable. Now he can take people down just by walking around. Also gives him some sort of "range".

Batman really needs it... He definitely needs it when fighting along side the Justice League against people he has no business messing with.

Always wanted this to be on the Flash, but since he is forbidden...

Pretty much anyone could use this to ascend to High Herald and beyond. Probably be more potent with someone who's clever, like Batman.

It would be hard to stop him from touching you. Kitty Pryde, people with invisibility or super speed would work too.
