The Destroyer vs. Metal Masters

Apologies for the corny team name, but facing down the Asgardian Destroyer (operated by a human soul) are Dr. Polaris and Magneto. Peak showings for each of these. BFR is allowed.

Can they manipulate Odin's most powerful creation and/or pull a win?

BFR is a possibility but not likely... I doubt they can manipulate the armor though. Even SW hex had no affect. Also destroyer has faced matter and energy manipulator in the past so if it was that easy to get rid of 'it" more character would be able to use similar tacit.
