Though he may not have many feats, the ones CS does have are enough to give him the edge over Hulk, imo (especially if Hulk's HF is negated.)two punches. That is a feat not even the entire JSA combined (inc. KC Superman, Thunderbolt, Alan, etc.) came close to accomplishing.
