By 'versions' do you mean the real Prometheus, and then the imposter who he later kills once he gets out of mindrape stasis?
Real Prometheus had over 100 martial arts masters' techniques programmed directly into his nervous system. Even embarrassed Batman. But Bats whipped his ass in their rematch.
And Survivor's right, TM does much better learning on the fly.
I'd say in his classic costume TM splits with Prometheus. In his UDON one, with the SHIELD hard light weapons generator, TM beats him soundly.
