While Vixen has the skill and power to defeat BP in combat, Black Lightning would come up short against Storm.
Now if Vixen mimics the powers of Krypto, then she solos everybody

DO you mean the female Black Panther or T'Challa??
If, you mean the female Black Panther from the current series, she has not shown anything of value so Storm would have to face them all alone
However Storm is capable of taking out both Vixen and Black Lightning
