With Prep... Nick Fury drops a shield carrier on Ra's head.
With standard gear... Nick Fury puts on another stealth suit, becomes invisible, uses a LMD to trick Ra's into thinking he's in one spot, then shoots him with a sniper rifle from Paris...
Hand to Hand.. I'll go with Ra's Al Ghul... 6/10

I think that Ra's can pull out a win here and there against Fury, especially in H2H. Both have considerable resources to draw upon, and I can't see Ra's being punked out easily by Fury, but I do see Fury getting a majority against the Demon's Head.
