Assuming Superman gets full knowledge of the bands, he has a strong chance of getting to 5.
1&2 are a wash. Gamma drain ftw. Actually, 3 might be fairly tough. Don't know how well mjolnir meshes with PC. 4 shouldn't be too hard.
