Smartest: Mogo
Fastest: Sodam Yat
Most will power: Kyle/Hal/Sodam take your pick, will power is a character quality (or plot device), not an inate power.

Most creative: Kyle?
Most durable: Sodam Yat or Mogo (it's a planet after all)
Best fighter: Hal
Does their job the best: Hal
Coolest looking: Boodikka, Kraken, Von Daggle

Worst looking: Gnort
Quickest learner: Hal, Iolande, Sodam Yat - also learnt quickly.
Most Jobbing: Considering the high level of his emerald power added to his Kryptonian level stats, I'd have to say currently Sodam Yat.
