Quicksilver vs Flash [twist]

round 1 : both are depowered and its a strict hand to hand fight. skill vs skill. no super speed.

round 2 : both can only fight up to quicksilvers max speed. so flash has no speed advantage. who uses their speed better in a hand to hand fight?

what do you think?

just curius why you choose QS for 2... do you think Flash can't achieve his more exotic tactics if he was limited to QS speed or you just think QS is flat out better or what?

1. quicksilver - imo he's far better trained than flash is
2. quicksilver - quicksilver is more use to fighting at his maximum speed. while flash is used to speeding up beyond qs's maximum speed when needed. without that fallback, he loses.
