Kinda odd teams, since both include lots of non-members. Wonderman and Thor would be hard to counter, but Sentry and Ares I think could be up for it. All in all I'd give it to Dark Avengers

MA, Gilgamesh can take on either Sentry or Count Nefaria himself. Thor can absorb Count Nefaria Ionic powers and leave him bone dry, WM can take out Ares. You have three energy manipulators on the Mighty Avengers team that gives them an edge, Captain Mar-vell alone will thrash osborn.

Iron patriot is a weak link and will have his ass trashed in seconds by either Thor, Wonderman or Marvel. The only problem is Nefaria, but I see Thor as his superior. MA ftw
