Agreed, but Shiva would give hell in scenario 1-Caps higher stats and durability just about getting him through.

Defense? He can defend Shiva's blows as easily via dodging or blocking as he can with the shield.

Range? They're fighting a hand to hand battle.

The shield is not at all a deciding factor here. Cap wins both scenarios.

Your right. He's nowhere near as powerful.

But Phantom is right. That fight was primarily PIS. A Superman level opponent being disarmed with a stick while sneaking up on Shiva invisible.

She wins h2h (IMO) because of her outstanding record and how DC pretty much makes her seem like a myth do to her owning everybody.
