It's from his "fight" against Gazer. Thing is we don't really see what happens to him after cyclops blasts Gazer, he just kinda....isn't in any of the following scenes anymore erm

According the the latest handbook he's Class 75. Which is over 50 tons up to 75 max.

It just seems like he gives up too easily, or the writers don't know what to do with him. In WWH: X-men, hulk threw his arms away. So what? Before that he had just reformed from being reduced to pebbles. Or in X-Men's 'bout with Apocalypse's new horsemen, Gazer holding his throat shouldn't matter one way or another...
