Heralds vs. DC Guard

The Heralds are sent to DC earth to Enslave Mankind. Before they get past The out limits of the Galaxy, DC has an Envoy of Heroes traveling back to earth and Martian Manhunter reads the Heralds Intention. They head to cut them off at the pass. And a battle ensues.

Firelord
Stardust
Fallen One
Silver Surfer
Morg
Red Shift
Nova

DC Guard includes

Superman
Orion
Black Adam
Martian Manhunter
Classic Kyle Rayner
Infinity Man
Firestorm
Lightray
Flash (of course we are allowing Flash to run in space like he's done before)

Even if the Silver Surfer is without a doubt the second most powerful being in this thread, and even if Morg, Stardust and Firelord are tough s.o.b., Heralds have some noobs (Terrax, Air-Walker, Nova) in the teams that makes them loose.
