I know all about

Shazam (DOV)- Trigon will kick hes ass
Mephisto- Trigon will kick hes ass
Classic Strange- Not good enough

Dr. Fate (Kent Nelson)- Not good enough
Neron- Weaker than Meph. Not good enough
Lady Blaze (pre-RIH)- Gotta admit don't know much about her

Mordru (JSA)- Weak version, nothing compared to classic Trigon
Enchantress (Marvel)- Only around Circe level, weaker than Loki
Zatanna- Same as Amora

I can think of atleast 15 mystics more powerful than him in DC.
