The thing is that WF Mxy was pretty much unchallenged by all save Bat-Mite and it was clear that Bat-Mite was on the receiving end of most of the punishment.
I'm not sure if he wins or not but keep in mind that he destroyed the Anti-Monitor and the COIE Spectre with ease.
I think he wins but this isn't spite necessarily.

Primal Monitor exists outside DCU, so WF Mxy most probably didn't affect him.
