Which version of each character?
I think BJC wins against the Legion that went back in time.
Current legion apparently has every conceivable superpower in comics but can't use them all at the same time and has 100 million different personalities fighting over control so I doubt this would be very effective. Then again current cable is depowered and old, still a dangerous tactician with an iron will though, but legion should take him.
The legion from the ultimate universe, who actually had proteus' reality warping power but lacked his limitations would be a great match for BJC.
