Out of all beings, extremely powerful beings, Thanos with THOTI was a standout.

Thanos with THOTI would do to Sise-Neg what he did against LT and others.

I don't think one could actually beat the other.

Sise-Neg basically disappeared after he recreated Marvel, but we know that the Alien Entity merged with the past, present, and future of Marvel. But, Sise-Neg was absorbing magical energy as well as all of Marvel. Did AE have magical energy as well?

Anyway, yea I think this is a stalemate.
