Im going to use BCA Galactus...

Shuma-Gorath-5% outside of realm, 20% inside
Spectre-10% without backing. 110%, when merged with LOGOZ
Anti-Monitor both AC and COIE- IDK about AC, but CoIE would be 95%
Mandrakk- 1000%
Infinite Man- 1%
Cyttorak-3% outside, 10% inside
Classic Trigon- 3%
Dormammu-3%
The Dreaming Celestial- 20%
Parallax Entity(Zero Hour)- 80%
Ion Entity- IDK, if you mean classic Ion then 85-90%
In-Betweener-10%
Mephisto- 1% outside, 10% inside

These are pretty low on their own. Parallax (Zero Hour) and Ion (Classic) both had the central battery of the GLs under their control, which is the source of the big numbers galactusischere mentions.

so a Spectre without backing is above Galactus? and Tiamut is 3 times as powerful as Galactus while he got eaten by big G? makes sense.
