Thanos in . . . the GROWING GAUNTLET! H2H version!
all right, thanos gets to use ONLY h2h, AS DO HIS OPPONENTS. no superpseed or blitzes allowed.
as soon as the initial person is in trouble, the next comes in to help. thanos does not amp his strength--this is his usual level of strength (take his battle against PG thor as a general gauge.)
how far does he get? how many bricks DOES it take to put thanos down for good or can he clear it??
1. imm hercules
2. wonderwoman
3. black adam
4. wonderman
5. hyperion
6. gladiator
7. thor
8. superman

trouble is defined as they are about to get ko'd. herc take take at least a few shots before he's ko'd, but the next would arrive as he's about to go down.
In that case, most of the fighters would be near their last legs when the next one showed up. If that's the case I think Thanos would start having some difficulties at 3 even based on the number of them. If this is Earth-712 Hyperion, then I can see the tables turning. When Gladiator reaches the battle field, I think Thanos would begin relying mostly on his durability. I'd say around 6 or 7.

Hm, the best strategy for those in the gauntlets might be a defensive one. Herc goes in as normal, then when he's about to go down, Wonder Woman rushes in and uses her bracers and training to good effect, fighting a defensive game to give Herc time to recover. When she starts to be in trouble, Black Adam rushes in and lets her take some rest, and when BA starts to go down, Herc and Diana should be recovered enough with their respective healings to jump in and help Wonder Man. That's about when things go downhill for Thanos.
Clears it but it wouldn't be easy at all. What people have to remember about these growing gauntlets is that he's not fighting all of them at once. Yes one person comes in when somebody is in trouble, but some of the initial people will be dealt with and finished off. A few I see here go down in a couple shots.
Lol I was thinking that too. I don't see how it would get easier for him after taking Gladiator and having to deal with the addition of Thor then Superman.

Who is carver? Also, of all the ones to oppose thanos.. Which one brings on panel strikes that have destroyed planets? Unless thor can use his hammer, i see only one. Thus he would be the greatest threat to thanos.
I agree it does get hard around there. The thing is O.V. most of the people sans maybe BA are already put down for the count, some of them easily. I feel Thor, BA, Glads and Supes pose the biggest threat, so we do agree there.
