If not near the ocean, then Kory might pull a 5.5/10... her energy powers are the key to her winning. He's stronger,overall tougher, and fierce when fully hydrated, so her MA skills are only going to get her so far. If he can really get his hands on her, he can give her a serious pummeling over the course of a fight.
If they're near water, forget it; Namor would take at least 7/10, IMO, though the wins Kory gets (and even some of his wins) will leave him smarting and more than a little fried...
